Through creative exploration, children learn that their inner world matters—and that it’s safe to express it. |
Creativity isn’t something we outgrow—it’s something we often forget how to access.
Art Therapy for AdultsArt is not a luxury—it is a language.
Long before productivity, deadlines, and defined roles, humans used art to process emotion, create meaning, and envision the future. In modern life, creativity is often the first thing set aside—especially during times of responsibility, transition, or constant output. Yet it remains one of the most powerful tools for grounding, clarity, and self-connection. At Casa Sensoria, art therapy for adults is an invitation to return to yourself—through intentional creativity, sensory immersion, and mindful presence. Types of Workshops We Offer

Hi, I’m Farida, most people know me as Fridz, and I’m the founder of Casa Sensoria. I’m an artist, mother, and wellness facilitator who believes deeply in the healing power of creativity. Art has always been my own way of processing, grounding, and making sense of the world. After completing my trainings in clinical hypnotherapy and art therapy in 2021, I felt called to share this work with others—creating spaces where expression feels safe, intuitive, and nourishing.
Through Casa Sensoria, I host curated workshops and retreat experiences that blend art, sound, and mindful practices. Each offering is designed to gently guide you inward, helping you connect with your inner world and express what words sometimes can’t. My workshops are immersive and sensory-led, weaving together curated music, sound, breathwork, visualization, and guided creative practices. No art experience is needed—this is not about technique or outcome, but about presence and honesty. When working with children, I lead with compassion, curiosity, and deep respect for their inner worlds. I believe every child carries natural wisdom, and creative expression offers a gentle, joyful way for that wisdom to be seen and felt. |
