From Garden to Table: A Culinary Ritual Rooted in the Land
|
At La Monastica, food is a celebration of nature, simplicity, and time-honored tradition. Just a few steps from the kitchen lies La Monastica Agricola—a flourishing, chemical-free garden where seasonal fruits, vegetables, and herbs are grown in harmony with the land. Companion planting, natural pollinators, and deep respect for the soil ensure that every ingredient is harvested at its peak.
What begins in the garden comes to life at Devoti Restaurant, where each meal tells the story of Tuscany—its rhythms, its richness, and its reverence for flavour. Dine under vaulted ceilings, on sun-drenched terraces, or in the glow of candlelight surrounded by citrus trees. Every dish is crafted with intention and meant to be savoured slowly. This is more than a meal. It’s a return to what’s real—an invitation to connect through the senses, with the land, and with yourself. |
