Farida is an Egyptian artist, entrepreneur and mindset coach with a passion for art and design, creative expression, wellness, and hospitality.
Born with an eye for beauty and a pull toward making things, she built a career that moved between design and hospitality — absorbing, along the way, a deep understanding of how spaces, objects, and experiences shape the way we feel. After becoming a mother in 2021, the values she had always held — presence, creativity, nourishment, and connection — became the architecture of a new chapter. She took a leap of faith and launched three business ventures that together reflect everything she believes in. Suzette's, a French restaurant and crêperie, where the table is set for slowness and pleasure. Casa Sensoria, a holistic brand offering art and wellness workshops, events, and retreats, and Studio Fridz, her art and design consultancy, where commissioned works and creative projects take shape. But the deeper question was always this: how do I help others find what I found? It led her to train formally in hypnotherapy, subconscious transformation, and therapeutic arts — certifications she pursued not for credentials, but for tools. Ways to reach the parts of people that conversation alone cannot touch. She became a mindset coach because she had witnessed, in herself and in the women and children around her, how much of our unlived life sits just beneath the surface — waiting not for permission, but for the right conditions to emerge. Creative expression, she believes, is one of those conditions. Her recent series Mother Nature and The Sacred Womb gave that belief its most personal form yet — solo exhibitions at COYA Members Lounge, Four Seasons Hotel, and Total Arts Gallery in Dubai — works that hold space for the feminine, the cyclical, and the sacred. Everything here grew from the same root. Art, food, wellness, coaching — they are not separate things. They are different doors into the same house. Come in. Look around. Stay a while. |
