Welcome to Riwaya - a journey of creative exploration, mindful living, and soulful nourishment set in the heart of Marrakesh. This retreat is a celebration of contrasts: the vibrancy of city life and the stillness of an inner sanctuary. From wandering the maze-like souks to stepping into secret riads and serene gardens, Marrakesh reveals itself as a city where inspiration hides in every corner. Known for its rich heritage of craftsmanship, art, and tradition, this is a place where culture is not just seen—it’s felt.
In a special collaboration between Casa Sensoria & Eat-ducate, over the course of our days together you’ll explore artisan studios, take part in hands-on pottery and taiine-making workshops, and learn the stories behind Morocco’s iconic flavors, textures, and rituals. Each experience is designed to awaken your senses and reconnect you with your own creative spark.
Back at our private oasis, you’ll slow down with daily yoga and mindfulness practices, share nourishing meals rooted in wellness, and connect with a group of like-hearted women on their own journeys of discovery. Riwaya is more than a retreat, it’s an invitation to lose yourself in the magic of Marrakesh and find new layers of yourself in the process.

FAQ
Do I need prior experience to join?

Can I come to the retreat solo?
Absolutely. Many of our guests join solo, and Riwaya is the perfect space for both solitude and soulful connection. You may book a private room for yourself or choose a shared room where we’ll thoughtfully pair you with another woman.
How do I get to the Riad?
If you’re flying from a country with direct routes to Marrakesh Menara International Airport (RAK), we recommend booking your flight there—group transport from the airport to the Riad is included in your retreat package.
If there are no direct flights available from your location, Casablanca (CMN) is a great alternative. We’ll be organizing a second group transfer from Casablanca to Marrakesh.
How far is Casablanca from Marrakesh?
Casablanca is approximately 2.5 to 3 hours by car from Marrakesh, depending on traffic and time of day.
Does my room have a private bathroom?
Yes, every room in our Riad features a private ensuite bathroom.
Do you offer flexible payment plans?
Yes, we do. You can either pay your retreat fee upfront or opt for a flexible installment plan upto 3 payments. We want this experience to be accessible and will support you however we can.

If you can no longer attend, you're welcome to transfer your spot to a friend or family member at no charge.
Payments can be made in multiple currencies directly on our website.
Do I need a visa to visit Morocco?
Visa requirements depend on your passport. Many nationalities are eligible for visa-free entry or can apply for an e-visa online, which usually takes up to 3 business days. We recommend checking your country’s travel regulations, and please reach out if you need help—we’re happy to assist.
