From a neurological perspective, art-making gently shifts the brain out of stress-based survival modes and into states associated with rest, creativity, and integration.

Signature Sound Healing Art Therapy Workshop


Casa Sensoria’s signature workshop—an immersive experience that combines sound, breath, and creative expression to support clarity, alignment, and meaningful change. The workshop begins with guided breathwork, meditation, and sound healing to quiet the mind and access deeper layers of awareness. From this grounded state, art therapy offers a way to express and integrate what arises through intuitive, theme-based creation. By bringing these practices together, the experience helps translate inner insight into conscious action. Many participants leave with greater clarity around important decisions, a stronger connection to their intuition, and a sense of alignment with what they are calling into their lives. What is created during the session often continues to unfold well beyond the workshop, reflected in both inner shifts and real-life movement.

Sip & Paint Night Socials 


Sip & Paint Nights are Casa Sensoria’s more playful, social gatherings—designed to bring people together through creativity, conversation, and simple joy.These sessions offer a relaxed space to unwind, meet new people, and enjoy a glass of good wine while exploring the pleasure of creating. Wine has long been part of cultures that value connection, celebration, and longevity, and in this setting it’s an invitation to slow down, savor the moment, and enjoy being present. Guided yet light in structure, Sip & Paint Nights encourage creative expression without pressure or expectation. It’s not about technique or outcome—it’s about connection, laughter, and allowing creativity to flow naturally in good company. Participants leave feeling refreshed, inspired, and a little more connected—to themselves and to others.

​Art Therapy for Women 


Art Therapy for Women workshops are intimate, nurturing experiences designed to support self-connection, clarity, and emotional wellbeing through creative expression. Each session begins with a women’s circle, creating a safe and supportive space to arrive, share, and feel held in community. From there, participants are guided through themed art therapy practices that invite reflection, release, and intuitive expression. Sensory and mindfulness elements are woven throughout to support a grounded, easeful experience. No art experience is needed—this is a space to slow down, listen inward, and create with honesty and care.

Creativity & Manifestation 

Creative expression is a powerful bridge between intention and embodiment. Through practices such as guided journaling, vision boards, intuitive collage, symbolic drawing, and intentional mark-making, participants are guided to:
  • Clarify desires and intentions
  • Visualize aligned futures
  • Release limiting beliefs
  • Anchor goals emotionally and somatically
Art therapy grounds manifestation practices by engaging the body, senses, and subconscious, turning abstract intention into felt experience.
Not all expression is visual. Casa Sensoria sessions often integrate:

  • Stream-of-consciousness journaling
  • Reflective exercises for emotional integration

One-on-One Sessions 

Hypno & Art Therapy for Women 

My path into wellness was shaped by my own journey through postpartum depression in 2021. Becoming a mother during a global pandemic was deeply challenging, yet it opened the door to profound growth and clarity that led me here. As a certified clinical hypnotherapist, I’m passionate about supporting women as they navigate stress, release self-limiting beliefs, and reconnect with their inner strength. ​​My one-on-one sessions and women’s circles weave together sound healing, hypnotherapy, and art therapy to create a holistic and nurturing space.
As a working mother, I understand the physical, emotional, and mental shifts that unfold as women transition into motherhood. Through my practice, I’ve had the honor of supporting women in healing from birth trauma, anxiety, body image struggles, and more—by reconnecting them with their inner power. This work goes beyond recovery; it’s about deep self-understanding and stepping fully into one’s potential, for yourself and for those you love.

What is hypnotherapy? 

Hypnotherapy is a powerful mind-body therapy that uses ancient meditation techniques, deep relaxation and focused concentration to access the subconscious, the part of the mind where our beliefs, emotions, habits, and long term memory is stored. Hypnotherapy, backed by science, is an effective healing modality for addressing issues like anxiety, negative habits, and even physical illnesses. I am certified by the American Board of Hypnotherapists (ABH) and the National Guild of Hypnotists (NGH). 

What happens when you pair hypnotherapy and art therapy? 

When hypnotherapy and art therapy come together, they offer women a powerful pathway into embodied change. Hypnotherapy gently opens access to the subconscious, where deeply held beliefs, emotions, and inner knowing live—often beneath years of conditioning, expectation, and self-silencing. Art therapy then invites these truths to be embodied through color, movement, and form, allowing insight to become felt experience rather than something to be analyzed. Through this practice, women are supported in releasing old patterns, reconnecting with their intuition, and consciously shaping a life that feels aligned and true. Here, creativity becomes more than expression—it becomes a way of remembering, reclaiming, and embodying one’s inner truth.

Who are these workshops for? 

My one on one sessions are perfect for female entrepreneurs working in a stressful environment, new mothers navigating through postpartum, women facing issues related to self-body image, anxiety, lack of confidence, or women overcoming past trauma, abuse, or unhealthy relationships.

The Power of Sound Healing

Sound healing uses vibrational frequencies from instruments like Tibetan bowls, gongs, chimes, and rainsticks to restore balance to the mind, body, and spirit. Mentally, the calming vibrations help reduce stress and anxiety by shifting brainwaves into alpha and theta states, enhancing relaxation, focus, and clarity. This makes it easier to enter deep meditation and quiet the mind.

Emotionally, sound healing helps release trapped energy, reducing tension and emotional blockages. The resonant tones calm the nervous system, alleviating feelings of overwhelm, sadness, or anxiety, and fostering emotional balance and inner peace.
Physically, the vibrations promote circulation, relieve pain, and stimulate the body’s natural healing processes. By enhancing energy flow and releasing endorphins, sound healing supports physical recovery and vitality.

Spiritually, sound healing deepens self-awareness and fosters a sense of connection with the universe. The harmonious frequencies open channels for spiritual growth, clarity, and a heightened sense of oneness.
Some of the methods I use in my practice:

Inner Child Regression Therapy
Through this practice we address phobias, unfavorable habits, unexplained panic or anxiety. You will be guided to regress back in time to navigate through earlier incidents that may have created ripples of limiting beliefs or neurological links. Through this practice, our aim is to re-connect to a younger version of yourself, also known as the Inner Child, in order to unlock wisdom and create new neurological pathways to replace difficult memories that may have not been stored well.

Parts Therapy
This type of therapy is perfect for women who are experiencing conflicting identities or parts of themselves not in agreement. This practice is for women who come across a  significant amount of uncertainty in making decisions, women who are going through significant life changes, or women who have trouble connecting with themself.
